Next 10: First Resource Interview with APAC CEO, Stephanie Ye

July 27, 2023

From June 15th to June 17th, 2023, the “9th China (Shanghai) International Technology Import and Export Fair” was grandly held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Intellectual Property Administration, and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China. As an important section of the fair, the Human Resources Services Exhibition featured nearly thirty heavyweight companies and parks participating. As an exclusive human resources support media invited by the Shanghai Talent Service Industry Association, First Resource conducted interviews with 13 participating exhibitors.

This issue’s exclusive interview: Xunsheng Human Resources APAC CEO Stephanie Ye.

Company Highlights

Interviewer (Q1): What are the main highlights of the products and services showcased by your company in this Human Resources Services Exhibition?

Stephanie: In this exhibition, Xunsheng Human Resources has specially integrated and presented some products, especially our ITO outsourcing services, which have unique advantages in IT talent acquisition. Combined with our one-stop platform and overseas products, we can cater to complex business scenarios of our clients and align with future talent requirements. Through customized talent solutions, we assist clients in achieving business success. This is where our strengths lie.

Future Strategies

Interviewer (Q2): On the new journey of high-quality development in the new era, what breakthroughs will your company make in its future development?

Stephanie: Xunsheng Human Resources will continue to explore new development directions and strategies, especially in the area of going global. I believe there are several points where we can achieve breakthroughs in the future. As a company, first and foremost, we will not blindly follow trends, such as “others are going global, so we should too.” That is not a true strategic approach. Xunsheng focuses on the specific needs of our clients and develops accordingly based on their respective industries and trends.

Secondly, we will not recruit high-profile individuals blindly; instead, we will match talents from our talent pool according to actual talent demands and then develop our business accordingly.

If clients need to expand globally, we will provide platforms to help them devise practical solutions, prioritizing business needs.

Industry Development

Interviewer (Q3): Facing the challenges of globalization and digitalization, how do you view the future development of the human resources services industry?

Stephanie: In the human resources industry, Xunsheng is facing both opportunities and challenges this year. With economic recovery, businesses are presented with more opportunities for development. Xunsheng is a global company with presence in North America, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. From our perspective, how we match and integrate resources to assist clients in achieving their expectations and development goals is an area where we need to put in doubled efforts. Throughout this process, Xunsheng will always adhere to the development philosophy of “win-win for all,” where clients win, shareholders win, employees win, and the company wins.
