During an interview for the Comrise Women in Leadership white paper, a few members of Comrise’s leadership team shared their insight on the importance of male and female collaboration in the workplace.

According to Anna Sese, Recruitment Supervisor for Comrise, “We essentially have different perspectives from both [male and female colleagues]. The combination of varied views and approaches gives a team more solutions to choose from and the possibility to provide better results.”

Michael Ferrara, Director of Operations for Comrise, also added that “Males and females make up 50% of the population respectively, and for one group to exclude or limit the other is to reduce human potential by 50%. When we all work together, we learn from each other, utilizing our unique perspectives to come up with better ideas and business solutions.”
