How To Research Company Culture Before The Interview? (Part 2)

During the interview, job seekers should ask questions about their company culture and core values. If the interviewer doesn’t have much to say about their company culture, they probably don’t live their company culture every day. However, if your interviewers can give you an in-depth response to their company culture, core value, then it is probably true.

Before going to an interview, there are many resources job seekers could use to learn about the company culture of the company they are interested in. Job seekers may use the following sources to collect information about learning about company culture:

What are the signs of good company culture?
Cultural diversity in the company is essential, especially if you are working in a mid-size to a large scale company. Why? Diversity encourages innovative ideas coming from different cultures and backgrounds. When companies are open to accepting new ideas from different perspectives, it increases productivity, employee engagement, and culture insights.
