Keynote Insights on Globalization and Talent Development

On November 7, COMRiSE’s Global CEO, Stephanie Ye, delivered a significant speech at the event, providing an in-depth analysis of the trends in international talent development and their far-reaching impact on corporate global strategies.

During her speech, Stephanie highlighted the core talent challenges that companies face in the process of globalization, emphasizing the urgent demand for highly specialized technical talent in fields like AI, large models, and semiconductor technologies. She specifically mentioned that tech experts with proficiency in Chinese have become a key competitive advantage for companies seeking to expand into international markets.

Furthermore, Stephanie showcased COMRiSE’s innovative solutions, which range from recruitment outsourcing to the development of global recruitment systems. She pointed out that COMRiSE always supports its solutions with real-world case studies, aiming to solve the pain points associated with international talent demands. Through both “bringing talent in” and “expanding talent out” strategies, COMRiSE has successfully built a bridge for connecting multinational talent, enabling a two-way empowerment between high-end talent and top-quality companies.

On November 6, Stephanie was invited to join the “Business Innovation, Global Expansion—Empowering Enterprises for International Growth” roundtable forum hosted by Standard Chartered Bank. In this forum, she exchanged ideas with numerous corporate clients, discussing the support and innovative services businesses need as they navigate the global expansion process, further strengthening COMRiSE’s relationships with its clients.

This event not only showcased COMRiSE’s expertise in the international talent field but also provided companies with new ideas for global talent strategies. Looking ahead, COMRiSE will continue to serve as an important bridge between businesses and international talent, helping companies achieve sustainable growth in their globalization efforts.
