Can you share a recent hiring success story?
Zoe Ye: Yes. Recently, one of our clients reached out to us directly inquiring that they needed an immediate hire to be onboarded quickly with the relevant skillset. So, between the offer acceptance and the onboarding process, it took only a few days to find a job candidate that met those requirements. The cross border recruiting team ensured that the candidate had advance references securing an offer-acceptance within a few days. This saves us a lot of time after the salary negotiation and the candidates being able to onboard as soon as possible. There are many qualified candidates right now, and with the references and timing, we turned this around quickly for the client. I was really happy to see that all the recruiters been so effective in helping the client and candidate to win.
