Both the hire rate (3.6%) and the quit rate (2.0%) remained the same from the previous month.
Temporary Employment Services Market Trends:
Temporary help jobs increased by 3,100 in February from the previous month. February’s data also reported a decrease in temp jobs from 14,800 in January to 6,500 in February. The temporary penetration rate, defined as temporary jobs as a percent of total employment, decreased slightly to 2.038% in February from 2.039% in January.
