After conducting research and establishing the needs of a successful global company, Comrise board of directors have decided to promote Peter Li, Aiwyn Liu, and Stephanie Ye, who are equally experienced in the industry. This organizational change is one that will promote timely and high-quality delivery, all while providing better opportunities for our clients and candidates to help us win!
Peter Li, promoted to Comrise China VP
Peter Li will be responsible for Comrise China’s Search Business. Peter is an excellent team leader who has developed his career with Comrise, starting as an intern and now a business leader. He has extensive experience in headhunting, team management, and project development. Currently, he is working on batch recruitment projects for 100 people above HC and company executive rotation projects. In 2012, Peter joined Comrise serving as an intern before moving on to an industry management role within Comrise. From 2013 to 2016, Peter’s personal performance ranked in the top three within the Asia Pacific region. Since 2017, he served as an industry manager, leading his team to exceed goals for two and successfully creating a “million-dollar” team.
Aiwyn Liu, promoted to Comrise China VP
Aiwyn Liu will be responsible for the COE and HR ecosystem with existing team operations. He will also serve customer needs efficiently through the following services: RPO, Outsourcing, Solutions, SaaS, and OpaaS. Aiwyn has been with Comrise since 2011, dedicating 8 years to the company so far. He has served as a management consultant, industry manager, and industry director. From 2016 to 2017, Aiwyn led his team to surpass their anticipated goals and exceed business expectations for two consecutive years. In 2017, he won the company-wide team supreme award. Other achievements include the success of the operation and management capabilities of Comrise for three consecutive years in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Stephanie Ye, promoted to President of Comrise Asia Pacific
Stephanie Ye will be responsible for the Comrise Southeast Asia business and the “Cross-Border Recruitment Solutions” services. Stephanie obtains a Master’s Degree in Psychology and 20 years of experience in corporate human resources strategy, planning, and management consulting. She is also a human resource management consulting expert with solid practical and professional industry experience. Stephanie has served the Management Consulting industry for over 6 years with past work achievements including the following: Director of Human Resources for BearingPoint China and Human Resources Management Consultant and Project Director. From 2008 to 2016, Stephanie worked in Huawei’s North America offices, responsible for the establishment and operation of the U.S office business operations.
The three new leaders will work to advance the Comrise global integration process, and combine the company’s experience and resources to their advantage. This includes building and enhancing Comrise’s brand influence while promoting the sustainable growth of the company. Together We Can!
