- Receiving about 35-45 calls per day regarding user’s login issues , password resets or any hardware or software issues.
- Supported and configured MS Office 2000/2003 applications.
- Supported MS outlook 2000/2003 for user’s e-mail.
- Excellent use of Peregrine Service Center in order to open tickets on daily basis.
- Resolved most of the issues on the first point of contact in a wide area network.
- Escalated the issues to the appropriate groups (e.g. Desktop , Application support, Production ) depending on the nature of the issue.
